Ruchi

This bilingual cookbook titled Ruchi (which means flavour in Malayalam) plays on the dynamic nature of Indian cooking whilst maintaining approachability.

The cover is inspired by a dish called Meen Pollichathu where a whole fish (with delicious spices) is wrapped in a banana leaf and then cooked.
